Being movable without moving, being still without holding.
Knowing where I stand while listening to learn more. Allowing myself to feel the steady support of the Earth here, where it hurts, where it heals. When my long-ago acquaintance just lost her husband so suddenly. When my son just reached his arms out to me for an old-school, minute-long hug, unexpectedly.
Now a feeling of dread, now a deep state of contentment. Allowing all sensations to arise and fall away equally.
