Our deepest doubts typically arise out of our need for self-empathy, self-connection. We think we need others; what we really need is our own acknowledgement.
Maybe this is familiar for you. When you’ve felt confused, lost, unseen or anxious, you’ve reached outside of yourself for comfort, care, numbing, answers. The result has been ongoing anguish, fear, loneliness, sleeplessness, myriad symptoms so hard to shake.
