How good it would be to practice meditating daily, I used to say to myself. No, really. Only to find myself finishing meditations at the sink doing dishes. At the dryer folding laundry. More pressing matters.

Exploring mind training (also known as Lojong), a series of fifty-nine slogans organized into seven main points that help us prioritize practice, this book helps me check and elevate my behavior. Tangible results. I’ll keep this brief.
