Earlier this morning, recording what was intended to be a Guest Expert session for Engaged Mentorship, Dr. Michael Amster’s work brought momentary relief. His potent, co-authored research on the power of awe has impacted many; our talk follows in a second video for you today, below.
Together we touch on compelling clinical studies conducted, noting significant decreases in stress and other markers of burnout with the simple practice of awe for a few seconds, a few moments of your day.
