Reading about your practice helps. My own has been a struggle. Even to arrive at my practice is a struggle lately. Flu. Aches. Tiredness. The comfort of gravity in my cosy bed has felt better. I’ll find my way back. Drawing has been a good practice, almost with my eyes closed, just making marks.

Elena, thank you for inviting us into the sunlit window of your morning sit. I can feel the energy reaching across time and space. I returned to a sitting practice last week after some time of being out of ritual with it. On the third day, I entered that vast quiet universe and felt the whisper of a memory pulling me back to my own birth. Here's to being swept by each breath into the next.
